The Port of Churchill along the west coast of the Hudson Bay in Manitoba, Canada is the only Arctic seaport across Canada and is extremely busy when the weather allows the plant to be working. From the middle of November until the middle of July, the Port of Churchill remains at a standstill as the Hudson Bay is impossible to maneuver around due to the ice. When the Port of Churchill is in operation, the plant never stops working and a a major amount of imports and exports come in and out of Churchill.
