The Niagara Parks Floral Clock in Queenston, Ontario near the famous Niagara Falls, has become an important tourist attraction where people stop and capture pictures. During the spring, horticulturists spend hours to create a colorful array of flowers blossoming around the clock which is done again with a different arrangement in the fall and summer.
Approximately 16,000 plants are bedded in the floral clock every year which is surrounded by a ten foot wide water display. At the top of the floral clock, a tower emits beautiful chimes every half hour as the large stainless steel hands on the clock slowly wind themselves around the gardens.
