The Dieppe Gardens flourish in an array of color as the flowers begin to blossom on a warm Spring day in the City of Windsor in Ontario, Canada. These gardens were built along the banks of the Detroit River in Windsor where people can take in the breathtaking views of the skyline of Detroit while enjoying the beauty of the gardens.
A variety of businesses once lined the waterfront up until the 1950's when they were bought and destroyed to build a park along the riverfront, one which included the Dieppe Gardens. Throughout the gardens, flowers grow amongst various monuments as the Dieppe Gardens was named in memory of the Essex-Kent Scottish Regime, some who were killed while landing at Dieppe, France in 1942 during the second World War. During the year, Dieppe Gardens is used for festivities, as a place to take in the scenery, for relaxation or as a stunning place for a stroll especially when the flowers are in full bloom.
