Each flower head in the tulip garden outside the Ontario Legislative Building in the City of Toronto remains in bud form which will quickly change during the next few days. Once the tulips reach this stage, it does not take long for the petals to fully open and decorate the landscape in an array of radiant hues.
Every morning at first light, each flower in the tulip garden will open up completely, slowly start to close in the late afternoon and by darkness, the petals fold around each other and close completely. The flowers are nicely planted in rows and close to the same distance apart, making the garden picturesque when in full bloom.
