A forty-five minute walk will take visitors along the Marsh Boardwalk in Point Pelee National Park in Leamington, Ontario where you can learn of the growth and habitats of the marsh. Across the surface of the water, large lily pads flourish as tall reeds decorate the backdrop swaying gently in the breeze which sweeps across the marsh.
Under this growth, hundreds of species of insects call this home along with turtles and frogs, all which are very important to the bird species which visit the park. Canoes are available to rent for outdoor enthusiasts who want to explore the marsh and its growth as they venture through the various waterways.
