Mountain Lake Southern Labrador

A calm but cold mountain lake spans the landscape of the Mealy Mountains in Southern Labrador, Canada before dropping over a cliff to ridges below.

At the top of the Mealy Mountains in Southern Labrador, Canada, this lake appears extremely peaceful until it reaches the edge where it cascades over a mountain cliff. Patches of snow are still visible on the mountain ledges which is a sure sign that the lake would still be fairly cold to the human touch.
