Wawanesa Wonder Women Winnipeg City Fundraiser

The Wawanesa Wonder Women are just one team which participate in the Heart and Stroke Fundraiser in the City of Winnipeg in Manitoba, Canada.

All decked out in blue shirts and red capes, this group of women call themselves the Wawanesa Wonder Women who participate in the Heart and Stroke Foundation fundraiser in the City of Winnipeg, Manitoba. All seated on a Big Bike, these women cycle through the streets of the city raising money for this important cause.

Winnipeg City is one of more than 200 communities throughout nine Canadian provinces who participate in this fundraiser and help by collecting money for the research and cures for the Heart and Stoke Foundation. This event happens every April and people can create their own teams and register for this great cause.
