Soft, billowy clouds float over the Legislative Building in the City of Winnipeg, Manitoba while the sunlight beams down on the beautiful flower gardens surrounding this historic building. ... Tours are available to explore the interior of the Legislative Building but many enjoy the beauty of the gardens on their own.
